"I have 2 auto insurance and one Condo insurance at this place. I get good discounts on such policies since I have them together. Any time I have a question or any kind of request, I get a prompt response which is great. I have spoken with Saad a couple of times and he does not only know my bundle policy very well but also he gives me the opportunity to discuss further possible discounts."

"Absolutely disgraceful company. After being with this insurance agency for almost ten years, underwriters decided to drop our policies. No problem, and I immediately changed insurances.
However, after sending in a cancellation of all our policies well in advance of the end of the month, they continued to charge our autopay for another month's worth of premiums. At this point this is basically theft as there was a "delay" to process my cancellation and I am now stuck waiting another 3weeks for a refund for not only half of a months policy I already paid but another month of charged premiums which should have never been deducted from our accounts in the first place.
Agents are useless as everything has to be processed by the underwriters. This has also happened to us before when they "cancelled" our renters insurance and it was in fact never processed because at the time the insurance company was changing owners and it "slipped through the cracks". I never got a refund for this renters policy either.
Do not trust this company and if anything do NOT sign up for autopay/check your charges."
